Sanmi Fasalojo is a seasoned construction management and property development professional with over 25 years of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across aviation, healthcare, commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. He has successfully led and delivered projects exceeding $200 million in total value, consistently driving performance, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

His expertise spans project and program management, strategic planning, construction scheduling and controls, resource optimization, quality assurance and control, and stakeholder coordination. Sanmi is recognized for his ability to mitigate risk, streamline execution, and deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
Sanmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and two Master’s degrees in Construction Management and Land and Property Development. His multidisciplinary academic foundation supports his practical, results-driven approach to project delivery and asset value creation.

A strong advocate for construction literacy and informed investment, Sanmi is committed to empowering clients and industry stakeholders with the knowledge needed to make sound decisions, protect capital, and maximize long-term returns.
He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University (USA), the University of Lagos (Nigeria), and the University of Ibadan (Nigeria).
